Tasty Whey Cookie Butter Cookie Dough

Everyone loves cookie dough... Tasty Whey Cookie Butter Cookie Dough is the perfect snack to satisfy your sweet-tooth cravings and pack in that protein that you need to benefit gains from your workouts.  

This is a single serving recipe. To share with others, simply double or triple the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 3 TBSP (15g) Tasty Whey Cookie Butter
  • 1 TBSP (7g) coconut flour 
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup + 1 1/2 tsp unsweetened cashew or almond milk
  • 3/8 tsp stevia
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp miniature chocolate chips

Whisk together the Tasty Whey, coconut flour, and salt in a small bowl.

Make a well in the center. Pour in the milk, stevia, and vanilla, mix until fully incorporated (The mixture will look crumbly).

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Using a spatula or the back of a fork, gently press down on the mixture until it sticks together. Serve immediately!

Tasty ISO Mint Chocolate Pudding

Tasty ISO Mint Chocolate Pudding

Pudding is a comfort food fave! If you love pudding like we do but hate what it does to your diet, try this deliciously decadent recipe from the Adaptogen Science nutrition kitchen! Plus it's low calorie, low carb, and gluten-free.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Tasty ISO or Tasty Whey chocolate
  • 2 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. mint extract
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 TBSP melted coconut buttter

In a small bowl, combine Tasty ISO (or Tasty Whey) with cocoa powder, mint extract and milk. Mix thoroughly and add melted coconut butter.

Stir well and place in small cups. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Enjoy! 

Serving suggestion: If you're feeling fancy, top with fresh mint leaves ; )!

Tasty Whey Chocolate Truffles

Everyone loves a chocolate truffle but they're often packed with loads of unhealthy sugars and fats. Fear not! Our Adaptogen Science nutrition kitchen has created this tasty rendition of chocolate truffles made with Tasty ISO Chocolate Truffle protein for you to enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Tasty ISO Chocolate Truffle
  • 3/8 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 TBSP coconut oil
  • 3 1/2 TBSP stevia
  • 4 TBSP milk or almond milk
  • 2 TBSP coconut shavings (unsweetened)

Set aside coconut shavings.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients (except for coconut).

Use a small spoon to measure even amounts of dough and roll into small truffle balls. 

On a separate small place, sprinkle coconut shavings, roll truffle balls in coconut and place on a separate tray.

Tasty Whey Cookie Butter Buckeyes

Everyone loves the sweet surrender of peanut butter and chocolate! Enjoy this tasty and healthy recipe from the Adpatogen Science nutrition kitchen!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops Tasty Whey Cookie Butter
  • 2 TBSP maple syrup (or substitute with agave nectar or honey)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 TBSP coconut oil

Combine peanut butter, vanilla, Tasty Whey protein powder, and maple syrup in a bowl. Mix until the texture is thick like dough.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper, use a small spoon to scoop dough and roll into your hand into small balls. Place rolled balls on paper and, when complete, place into freezer for 30 minutes.

In another bowl, place 1 cup chocolate chips and microwave for 60 seconds. Add coconut oil and mix.

Remove chilled cookie dough balls from freezer, take small tongs or a fork to pick up balls and dip 3/4 into melted chocolate leaving tops uncovered. Return each to parchment paper.

Once all are dipped, return to the freezer.
