At Adaptogen Science, our customers satisfaction is our number one priority. Hence, it even ties into the formulation of all of our products.

Our products are formulated to create enjoyment and satisfaction for you; our customer.

 

Shipping Policy

Adaptogen Science’s shipping department ships packages Monday through Friday, we’re closed for the weekends.

Once you receive tracking information, please allow 24-48 hours for the information to populate. Occasionally, the post office may overlook scanning your package which will have your tracking show as “waiting to be delivered to carrier.”

This does not mean your package was not shipped… ironically all of the tracking information gets populated at once the moment the package gets delivered.

Our goal at Adaptogen Science is that our customers are satisfied with our level of service and we will do everything in our power to make sure that we meet your needs and requests.

 

For International Orders (Important)

Several countries impose import regulations. It is your responsibility to research PRIOR to ordering any of our products if there are any regulations banning any of our ingredients from entering your country.

Unfortunately we do not have the man power nor the resources to manage each countries restrictions and what’s not allowed in.

We are not customs and we obviously cannot control what customs decides to do with your order. As a result, when ordering internationally, you are ordering at your own risk. Once your order leaves our facility, we cannot be responsible for any customs seizures or delays.

This does NOT happen often but it’s important that we add this disclaimer so that all expectations could be transparent.

If your order happens to be returned to us by customs and you request a refund, we can do so only after the item arrives back to us. Please note there will be a 15% restocking fee minus shipping costs.

Every order gets a tracking number, please make sure you keep track of your package as it makes it way to you. If the package is in the hands of a courier and you have a question regarding where it is, it is imperative that you contact the courier directly and not us.

Once it leaves our facility, the responsibility transfers to the courier.

If an item gets denied entry by your countries customs, it will be up to you to get a hold of them and request that the items get sent back to us so that we can at least get you a partial refund once the item makes it back to us (if it wasn’t opened).

To reiterate, if you are international (outside the USA), it is your responsibility to know your import regulations.

 

Return and Refund Policy

We will gladly take back any item within 30 days that was incorrectly shipped or if there is a manufactures defect. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order in order for us to process your return.

Any approved refund will only be issued after all items have been returned to us and inspected.
